This is a teaching facility. Dr Xie, who is also an associate at University of Florida, has office hours for pets animals in the stables on campus treating them with acupuncture and Chinese herbs, among other TCVM techniques.
He is a third generation practitioner of Chinese Medicine and a respected instructor in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). Currently an associate professor at the Integrative Medicine Service at the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Xie has lectured on veterinary acupuncture and herbal medicine around the world and has authored 18 books and over 100 scientific papers.

This is an amazing teaching hospital. It has amazing veterinarians with state of the art care and equipment. It is the go to place for critical care situations, unique problems, etc.
Besides traditional western medicine which is the bulk of their medical staff, they also have an integrative department.
