Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers and other parts of the plant.  They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. Essential oils can lift the mood, calm the senses and elicit powerful emotional responses. Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oil singles and blends can help you handle just about anything that gets in your way of a perfect day. They help you stress less, sleep better and feel more energized.

Not all oils are created equal!  Only a handful of oils are Pure Therapeutic Grade. They are put through rigorous testing to guarantee they are toxic-free and pure.   The results are products that are free of harmful toxins including pesticides, herbicides & chemicals offering consumers the highest quality oil.

It is crucial to only use quality, tested, pure oils.  When applied on your skin, your body’s largest organ, the oils will penetrate into your system in about 30 seconds and then circulate your body in 20-30 minutes. That is why you ONLY want to use pure therapeutic grade quality oils as it is getting into every cell that quickly.

There is a lot of misinformation on oils. And yes, some have reported bad experiences with oils, but no one clarifies that these are other products that are not tested or proven pure.   Those products consist of synthetics, additives, toxic residues, pesticides, herbicides and more.  They can cause bad side effects and bad experiences as they contain toxins which are entering your entire body system in about 30 minutes distributing these synthetic elements to your cells. These inclusions in other lines of essential oils are the reason why special brands were created - to produce a line of truly pure, safe, therapeutic grade essential oils.  Oils that are safe enough to not only use topically or inhale, but to use internally (for many oils).

There are  many simple ways to use oils for

natural solutions to everyday life!

Diffuse * Inhale * Topical * Internal

Cooking *In your water or beverages *Cleaning

....and more!

Just use your imagination!

Essential oils can safely be used on all sorts of animals, but ONLY if they are Pure Therapeutic Grade such as as the ones I work with.  Oils that are not pure can be dangerous to an animals health and well-being.  And an even better resource I use on animals, are essential oils developed by a veterinarian who has for years been using and resourcing oils for use on animals.

What is good for one type of animal, breed or even size, may not be safe for another. And what is safe for a human, may not be so for an animal. Cats are particularly sensitive as they lack a key enzyme in their liver. Even if you diffuse an oil in your home that they are sensitive to, you can cause harm as they are inhaling the oil..  As your pets will lick their paws, a key place where oils are applied, it is critical to make sure it is a pure, safe oil applied.

So yes, animals can share the wonderful benefits of essential oils, as long as they are properly used and you are properly trained by a specialist in the field on the best way to use.  Your best practice is to use oils that are developed solely with animals in mind, where each batch is personally tested and evaluated by a veterinarian to make sure every property is as perfect and safe as can be to use on your pet.

Good rule of thumb-ASK an expert before using ANY oil on a pet!

*Not all oils are safe for all animals.

*What is safe for a dog is not necessarily for a cat or horse.

*Even if you use on you or in your home, not the animal, they will be exposed to the oil.

As a Certified Animal Aromatherpy Specilist, I only used oils for my essential oil treatments on dogs and cats that have been tested and shown to be pure. These are product lines that go through rigorious controls for purity so I feel the safest to use on animals.  One in particular was developed by a renown vet. Her formulas are tried, true and proven to be fabulous protocals that support healing in animals.
